My Journey

Like a lot of us, I have suffered from a sever abandonment wound. I struggled with mental dis-ease from a young age, being diagnosed with various labels such as depression, anxiety, and borderline personality disorder. These labels represented the part of me that was in pain and suffering. After many years of what felt like pushing against the current, I ran off to college. College, for me, was a place I could escape from reality through drugs and alcohol. At this point my abandonment wound had morphed into substance abuse. I battled with addiction for what felt like a lifetime. Once I started getting sober I learned a lot about spirituality and what that meant to me. I dedicated myself to my spiritual practices, which formed the solid foundation that I stand on today. In 2018 I went back to school and did a psychotherapy internship, which is where I was introduced to energy work. This internship opened me up to the possibility of using the tools within yoga, spiritual practices, and energy work to help others.

Fast forward 4 years and here I am today, living in sunny San Diego pursuing my dreams! I no longer identify with my past diagnoses. I chose, instead, to dedicate my life to something greater. I am now a certified reiki practitioner, yoga teacher, and water ionizer distributor. Over the years I have gathered loads of information in regards to living a healthy, abundant, and spiritually connected lifestyle. The transformations I have seen within my own life are what inspire me to share all that I have learned over the years. My mission is to share the tools that I have collected through my personal work with energy work, movement medicine, reconditioning therapy, emotion regulation, scientific prayer, and transpersonal psychology.

One of the most important lessons I have learned is that everything I need is already within me...and the same goes for every human being out there. My job is to help those who are ready to find their guide within and start the integration process, so that they may build the life of their dreams.
